How to rent from us!

Whether you need to rent a trailer for private or commercial use, renting from Rent And Pull, LLC. is a very simple process.  It's as easy as... 1,2,3!

1️⃣ Browse, register, book and pay for your trailer rental.

Sign up for an account online, it's FREE!

Browse around and find the right trailer for your specific needs.  We have several different trailers to choose from: Car Haulers, Utility, Motorcycle, Enclosed etc.  We will be adding more as well such as PWC trailers, boat trailers and more.

Trailer Width, Length, GVWR and Load capacities are in the description for all trailers, as well as any included accessories!

Once you find the trailer you wish to rent, make sure you don't need any additional accessories (Hitch, Straps, Wiring Connectors) before you check out, then go ahead and book it online and pay for the rental, Deposit (If required) will be handled at pick up time.  It's that easy!  

You can also add the insurance addendum to cover you from any damage or loss.  Details are in the FAQ section!

2️⃣ Pick up your rental from the lot.

Once you book the trailer and have selected the pick up date and time, you will be able to come to the lot at that specified time to pickup your trailer.  Make sure you have your truck, hitch and correct size ball that is rated for the trailer you are picking up. (including the load that you will be hauling)

3️⃣ Return your rental when you are done.

Once you are done with the trailer, simply reach out to setup a return appointment and bring it back.  Please make sure that the trailer is returned in the same condition it has left the lot, including any straps, chains, etc.

For trailers that are returned overly filthy, there will be a cleaning fee assessed of up to $100 (Charged to Credit Card on file)

As long as the trailer is returned by 10AM the next day, there will not be any overage charges.

  • Adding the Insurance Addendum removes all liability from your Auto Insurance Provider or yourself.

    Simply click HERE to open the Insurance link in a new tab.  We auto populate the policy number and you will just need to add your info, any addition coverage and pay.

    You will need the last 6 digits of the VIN of the trailer you want to reserve.  The VIN is in the trailer details of each listing.

    Why should you add this coverage?

    1. Personal insurance policies often EXCLUDE coverage in a rental situation. Why take that risk? More and more,
    personal auto insurance companies are no longer providing liability coverage for rented trailers.  If that is the case, the repair / replacement cost would be your responsibility.
    You will have peace of mind when you purchase an MBA insurance addendum.

    2. We will get notified when you add this coverage. 

    3. This coverage can be added at pickup time and only takes a few minutes to complete.

  • Renting a trailer from our business is a straightforward process. Start by browsing our trailer inventory, which includes various types such as utility trailers, enclosed trailers, and more.

    Once you've selected the trailer that suits your needs, specify your desired rental period and provide the necessary information. We'll prepare the trailer for pickup at our rental location.

    You can also choose any additional accessories (Hitch, Straps, Wiring Converters) or equipment you might need for your towing requirements. When your rental period is complete, return the trailer to our rental location, and we'll ensure it's properly maintained for the next renter.

  • If you encounter any issues or damages to the rented trailer during your use, please notify us promptly. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Depending on the nature and extent of the issue or damage, we will assess and determine the necessary course of action. You may be responsible for repair or replacement costs if you did not add liability insurance, so it's advisable to review our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to trailer damages.

    Your prompt communication is appreciated, as it helps us maintain the quality of our rental equipment.

  • Yes, you can extend the rental period for a trailer if you require it for a longer duration than initially planned. To do so, please contact our team to discuss your needs and arrange for an extension.

    We will work with you to update the rental terms and ensure the continued availability of the trailer.

    Keep in mind that trailer availability may vary, so it's best to notify us about your extension needs as early as possible to secure the equipment.
